Youth Act

Town Hall Meeting to Discuss Youth Outreach in Trimble Township

In conjunction with Rural Action’s Youth Act program, the Trimble Township Bridge Builders will be holding their Second Annual Town Hall Meeting on Wednesday, March 4 in the cafeteria of the Trimble High School.

Bridge Builders and Rural Action recognize that the health and stability of our entire community plays a critical role in the welfare of our youth. Therefore, all of us have a stake in the future of our township. The purpose of this meeting is to recognize area youth for their achievements in the community – as well as to plan future youth outreach programs in the Trimble Township.

The meeting will last from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, and dinner will be provided free of charge. We hope that you will attend this meeting, and invite others to attend as well. Come and share your hopes and concerns for the future of our region – we look forward to hearing your voice in this important debate.

Bridge Builders is a community coalition dedicated to working with positive activities and groups that enhance the lives of our youth. The federal program Grant to Reduce Alcohol Abuse (GRAA) that focuses on alcohol abuse prevention and drug prevention awareness is also helping to support this Town Hall Meeting.

RSVP is preferred, but not required, for this event. For more information, contact Cale (tl_clewis@seovec.org), or call (740.767.3434, Ext. 114).
