Michael Pollan & Bill Moyers Discuss Food Security

As part of this edition of the Rambler, we at Rural Action would encourage you to take the time to watch two videos below, in which widely known journalist Bill Moyers sits down with Michael Pollan, Knight Professor of Journalism at UC Berkeley, to discuss what direction the U.S. should pursue in the often-overlooked question of food policy. Pollan has previously achieved fames as the author of “In Defense of Food: An Eater’s Manifesto” and is a member of the vanguard of public figures pushing for food security reform in the United States.

That was a very good interview having not been familiar with Michael Pollan before. Obama needs to do something about this I'm anxious to see his cabinet appointment for Secretary of Agriculture because he had, after all, acknowledged the pandemic before rebuking his comments under lobbying pressure.
